MANTECA, Calif. — Work on the 11th carwash in the city of Manteca is underway, according to the Manteca Bulletin.
In November, stated the article, the city issued a $1.2 million permit approving Prime Shine Car Wash to build a carwash on South Airport Way.
Sitting on 1.07 acres, reported the article, the site is designed as the first part of a commercial complex which will eventually include store space to the north and south of the 5,129-square-foot carwash.
This will be Prime Shine’s second location in Manteca, added the article, and will include 29 parking stalls and 21 vacuum stalls.
Last year, Manteca’s 10th carwash opened on the northwest corner of Cottage Avenue and East Yosemite Avenue, continued the article, and Clear Drop Car Wash is a “new generation of carwash technology that recycles as much as 98 percent of its water.”
Clear Drop Car Wash is also the only wash in the city that serves coffee and food through Tony & Mrs. K’s, noted the article.
