HOUSTON — A car dealership is taking a carwash and lube business to court after it claims a Mercedes engine had to be replaced because the lube used the wrong filter during an oil change, according to the Southeast Texas Record.
Mike Smith Mercedes-Benz filed the suit against Cypress Station Carwash and Lube, said the article.
According to the suit, the customer paid for the oil change and left, not realizing the wrong oil filter had been used, reported the article.
