WAGNER, SD — Custom Touch and Limo opened here on Nov. 29, The Wagner Post reported.

The Dec. story said the business, which is owned by Ruth and Justin Bouza, works on vehicles, motorcycles, boats, semi cabs and tractor cabs and also offers lettering, graphics, vehicle wraps, sound systems, and window tinting and sells motorcycle attire.

According to the story, the Bouzas are "very excited to make the dream of owning their own business in Wagner a reality and are hopeful for growth and expansion in the future to create more employment for local people.:
