TREVOSE, PA — Police responded to Sparkle Car Wash here on the report of an ex-employee that was on the scene, LowerSouthHamptonPatch reported.
The Dec. 10 story stated that the police officers recognized the ex-employee, and they asked him what he was doing there. The man responded he had come to get his job back.
The man’s speech was slurred, officers could smell alcohol and he was unsteady on his feet. Though his truck was on the property, he denied having driven to the carwash.
After registering a .39 on a breath test, police took the ex-employee into custody and transported him home. He will be cited for public drunkenness via mail.
