BEVERLY, Mass. — Brian Trout previously served as the vice president of operations for The Pantry Inc.

BEVERLY, Mass. — Brookwood Financial Partners LLC announced that Brian Trout has joined the firm as senior vice president of operations for BW Gas & Convenience Holdings LLC, according to a press release.

BW Gas & Convenience, an affiliated Brookwood entity, “was recently formed to acquire and operate a diversified portfolio of gas stations and convenience stores in select regions of the U.S.,” which Brookwood believes will benefit from professional, institutional management and a broad consolidation of resources, stated the release.

In his new position, Trout will direct the operational strategy for BW Gas & Convenience and will be responsible for forming and leading regional management teams as well as for establishing/implementing a consistent merchandising plan for the portfolio, reported the release.

As Brookwood builds its national presence, trout will also oversee the “acquisition and due diligence process,” continued the release.

Prior to Brookwood, Trout served as the vice president of operations for The Pantry Inc., noted the release, and he also held the positions of the zone leader in the Midwest for 7-Eleven and sales and operations manager of U.S. Fuels for BP Inc.

“Brian comes to us with over 20 years of retail oil and gas and convenience store management experience and is an accomplished industry leader,” said Brookwood Chairman and CEO Thomas Nicholas Trkla in the article. “He has a proven, demonstrable track record of increasing sales, implementing operational strategies and integrating new acquisitions.
