MEADVILLE, PA — Timothy Daly Sr. has entered a no-contest plea to a charge of theft by failure to make a required disposition of funds received.
Daly was arrested last March with taking $20,449.03 from the All American Car Wash while employed there.
The no-contest plea is for a reduced charge after Daly reached a plea agreement with prosecutors. He faces a sentence of five years in jail and a $10,000 fine.
