CHICAGO — The Boyd Group Inc. announced the recent acquisition and opening of a collision repair center located in Mesa, Arizona, according to a press release.
The center previously operated as Red Mountain Collision, stated the release.
“This location is an important addition to our other centers in Mesa and strengthens our presence in Southeastern Arizona,” said Tim O’Day, president and COO of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations, in the release. “This will allow us to better serve our customers and insurance customers in the region.”
O’Day continued in the release, “This location is a trusted business that has served the Mesa community for 17 years. We are committed to providing the same high-quality and efficient service that is the signature of all of our locations.”
Directly and through subsidiaries, the Boyd Group is an operator of non-franchised collision repair centers in North America, reported the release.
The company has locations in five Canadian provinces under the trade name Boyd Autobody & Glass, noted the release, and locations In 18 U.S. states under the name Gerber Collision & Glass.
