Guest Post blog: Professional versus home carwashing

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Carwash owners and operators must make sure their customers know why professional carwashing is the better choice.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — In the latest Guest Post, Carmina Natividad, a blogger for Tyrepitstop, writes about how professional carwashing services compare to doing it at home.

“So when it comes to the question, ‘Is a professional or home carwash better?’ the answer is pretty obvious, isn’t it? The professional carwash is definitely the better choice,” says Natividad. “But the real question is, ‘To what extent?’ It is a matter of deciding what to lose in order to gain, as well as the long- and short-term effects to the car’s value. And, in most cases this will depend on how wise the consumer is.”

She continues, “As owners and operators, you must make sure your customers are aware of the many advantages of opting for professional carwashing.”

In the blog post, Natividad discusses how professional services compare to home carwashing in terms of quality and cost. She explains how going to a professional carwash gives a car owner the assurance that his or her car is being cleaned by experts who are properly trained, stay up to date on industry trends and understand their line of work.

Natividad adds that washing a car at home not only may result in poor results but also could damage a car’s finish.

Moreover, she notes in the blog post how self-serve carwashes can offer the best of both words for do-it-yourself car owners. “Not only is this wash type generally less expensive for the car owners, but it is also typically more cost-effective to install/operate for carwash owners and operators,” asserts Natividad.
