PARKER, CO —The Kwik Car Wash chain, with locations in Parker and Littleton, CO, was able to donate $7,120 to various charities as part of its Wash for a Cause program, a press release reported.
The Aug. 22 press release stated that eight different fundraisers were held.
“Another year of charity washes has come and gone and we are amazed!” Kwik Car Wash owner Aaron Green stated in the press release. “With your support, we helped send a team of youth to Panama to touch the lives of children, we helped troubled youth find a future, we helped fund research to end Leukemia and Lymphoma, we helped our veterans get back out in nature and find a sense of peace and belonging, we helped abandoned petsfind a home, we helped kids with cancer meet dogs with cancer and develop atherapeutic pen pal relationship, and we helped youth with disabilities buildtoy cars to send to children in third world countries. Thank you to all whocame and helped change the world!”
Kwik Car Wash holds fundraiser for Project Healing Waters
Kwik Car Wash donated 50 percent of their wash sales on the fundraiser days and volunteers were also on hand to vacuum and towel dry vehicles for additional donations..
The chain also offers up coupon books to non-profits to help them raise money.
