PIKEVILLE, KY ― A man has been arrested and charged with drinking and driving while in line at a carwash here, WYMT reported.
The May 22 story said an off-duty pollce officer was in line behind Jason P. Carroll and noticed the line wasn't moving. It turns out Carroll was passed out inside his vehicle.
Upon further investigation, Carroll admitted to taking several narcotics.
"Several individuals here have approached me, told me they tried to wake him up. He was just in a pretty bad state to operate a vehicle," said Pikeville Police Officer Joseph Slone.
