NEWARK, NJ — Dustin J. Eismon, 30, of Newark was charged with two counts of felonious assault, second degree felonies, and two counts of aggravated assault, fourth degree felonies, for stabbing two men outside of a carwash, according to the Newark Advocate.
The May 10 story stated that on April 14, Eismon was suspected of stabbing two men outside of a carwash in downtown Newark. Both men were taken area hospitals as a result of their injuries.

Eismon has been in the Licking County Justice Center since his arrest on a $50,000 bond. He will appear Tuesday in front of Licking County Common Pleas Court for a bond hearing on the indictment.
