PETERBOROUGH, England — Carwash equipment damaged a car as the driver took it through the wash, according to the Peterborough Telegraph.
Robert Nicholls, 42, said in the article that the carwash at the Murco garage broke the front and rear windshields of his father’s car when he took it in to get it cleaned.
Nicholls said he heard an explosion before the glass broke, and then brushes kept moving, noted the article.

“Then the brushes came down the front of the car and the front windscreen just shattered,” he said in the article.
Nicholls said he kept honking the horn, but he received no assistance, stated the article.
The garage said it was looking in to the incident, and the carwash was back in use, reported the article.
