GRETNA, La. — A man is suing Brother’s Convenience Store because of personal injury and damage to his car after he ran into an open drain in the business’ carwash, according to the Louisiana Record.
In the article, Raymond S. Dave, Jr. said he used the drive through carwash when his car fell into a drain. He said the accident was caused because of the removal of drain grates.
Dave said his injuries sustained from the incident required medical attention, noted the article. He is representing himself in the case.
“The defendant is accused of leaving the carwash in a defective state,” said the article.
