IRVINE, Calif. — Meguiar’s® announced that it will expand its partnership with premium automotive auction house, Barrett-Jackson, to rebrand Barrett-Jackson’s world famous staging lanes as the Meguiar’s Staging Lanes, according to a press release.
The Meguiar’s Staging Lanes will appear prominently in Barrett-Jackson’s televised coverage on Discovery and Velocity Networks through the 2017 auction season, the release continued, including the following events:
- Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction 2017, Scottsdale, Arizona, Jan. 14-22, 2017
- Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach Auction 2017, West Palm Beach, Florida, Apr. 6-8, 2017
- Barrett-Jackson Northeast Auction 2017, Uncassville, Connecticut, June 21-24, 2017
- Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas Auction 2017, Las Vegas, Nevada, Oct. 19-21, 2017.
Barrett-Jackson’s staging lanes have hosted some of the world’s finest automobiles, the release stated, and Meguiar’s is excited to continue that legacy of quality into 2017.
According to the release, standout automobiles already scheduled for the season opening Scottsdale, Arizona, event include: Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler’s 2012 Hennessey Venom GT Spyder, Don Prudhomme’s legendary 1972 Plymouth Barracuda “Snake II” Funny Car and the historic 1960 Chevrolet Engineering Research Vehicle (CERV) 1 prototype used by Chevrolet engineer Zora Arkus-Duntov as a technological test-bed for the Chevrolet Corvette.
