LOS ANGELES — Squeegy announced it has launched its services in Los Angeles, according to a press release.
The new services are aimed at providing customers with a convenient and eco-friendly wash solution, stated the release.
Squeegy launched its pilot program in Santa Monica, California, six weeks ago, continued the release, and has reported “a very positive reception.”
“We’ve had great success with our pilot judging by our growing sales and customer feedback,” said Andrew Davis, CEO and co-founder of Squeegy, in the release. “We’re looking forward to scaling the business and expanding our service area.”
Users can request a carwash anywhere within the business’ service area through the on-demand mobile app, reported the release, and they don’t have to be present at the time of the service.
The services use water-smart technologies, added the release, which save up to 100 gallons of water per wash compared to a traditional carwash.
Squeegy’s products are also eco-friendly, informed the release, and the services can be used in restricted locations and municipalities because there is no stormwater runoff.
The business’ app is available for iOS users, noted the release, and plans to expand to Android devices in the near future.
