Car-care owners who are noticing an increase in cashless payments may want to check out July's edition of Professional Carwashing & Detailing magazine, particularly an articled titled, "Card carrying customers."
In the article, Ryan Carlson, project manager of WashCard Systems, tells us why many customers prefer to choose a credit card or other payment loyalty program, and what car-care professionals can do to cater to this customer base.
The article also touches on the possible downside to converting a business to use cashless system, and what considerations are needed to swap payment equipment and budget for credit card charges to an owner from the credit companies.
