ROANOKE COUNTY, VA — A Tanglewood Auto-Wash worker who was driving an SUV out of the wash’s tunnel lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a nearby beauty salon, WDBJ reported.
The Nov. 14 story said there were 12 adults and four children inside the beauty salon at the time of the crash, but no injuries were reported. Items inside the salon, such as a wall and a reception desk, were destroyed.
A fire department spokesperson said the accident is still under investigation. The carwash was up and running two hours after the accident, but the beauty salon will undergo construction for repairs before opening for business.
