ASHEVILLE, NC — Gorilla Car Wash, formerly known as Superior Car Wash, reopened in February after several weeks of renovation, according to a March 6 article in the Asheville-Citizen Times.
Upon opening, the carwash has teamed up with the Eblen Foundation and a local radio station to support Eblen's Energy Project, a program which provides energy assistance such as heating oil, electricity and natural gas as well as basic home weatherization, the article said.
Gorilla Car Wash will be giving away free carwashes and volunteers onsite and will also be accepting donations to support the program, the article said.
