CHARLOTTETOWN, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, CANADA ― Tip Top Hand Carwash's owner is looking to benefit from the city's new water conservation guidelines, CBCNEWS reported.
The July 11 story said the city council warned it's residents to use less water. Leslie Jané, owner of Tip Top Hand Carwash, is hoping the warning boosts customer traffic at his business.
"Well, possibly we will have an increase in clients, customers. Because if they can't wash their vehicles at home, they might want to come and have it done here," Jané said in the story.
