Also for 2016, PC&D has revamped its online and print editorial content offerings with a fresh look, including a new logo and features, and a redesign of our most popular sections.
In addition to our print publication’s special anniversary, we are also recognizing another significant milestone for our brand. In 2016, Carwash.com will celebrate 20 years of serving the carwash industry with news and important industry coverage.
We would like to thank you, our valued readers, for supporting our publication for the past 40 years and our website for 20 years. Over these past four decades our staff has changed along with the brand; however, we will never change our awareness of the special role Carwash.com and PC&D play in your business. We are actually reminded of this vital responsibility regularly, such as in passing conversations at trade shows, on reader visits, during article interviews and even during unexpected times like when we are reviewing survey results.
Last year, for example, while filling out a comprehensive state of the industry survey, one respondent took the opportunity in an open-ended question about his business to turn the tables to focus on our business. He stated, “Thank you. Keep up the good work … I am a better business owner because I read Professional Carwashing & Detailing.”
We are especially grateful for our readers and supporters this year. Our staff is humbled by your generosity to help us expand our market knowledge and for your dedication to our industry.
