WATERTOWN, NY — A carwash that has been shuttered since 2006 has piqued the interest of a party interested in reopening the business.
According to the Watertown Daily Times, David Clements plans on discussing his plans with city’s Planning Board.

Two brothers opened Bumpers, America’s Car Wash in 2006. It closed before the end of that year.
