BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Professional Carwashing & Detailing is pleased to add Robyn Tucker as its managing editor and welcome back Phillip Lawless as editor.
Returning to Professional Carwashing & Detailing, Lawless will act as editor of a growing lineup of carwash publications, including the monthly magazine, Professional Carwashing & Detailing Australia, Welcome to the Carwash Industry titles and tradeshow exhibit product guides.
Lawless has been a writer, editor and production manager for more than 14 years, and he previously served as managing editor of Professional Carwashing & Detailing from 2011 to 2013.
As the publication’s new managing editor, Tucker will play an important role in researching news and articles for Carwashing and Detailing e-News, Professional Carwashing & Detailing magazine and the industry-leading website Carwash.com.
A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Tucker received a bachelor's degree in public relations, and she is currently pursuing a master's degree through Ball State University in Muncie, Ind.
Tucker's past experience includes public relations and communications work with both the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute and the Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama.
“I am excited to return to the professional carwashing and detailing market, and I look forward to expanding our coverage in this market over the coming years," Lawless said.
