MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. — A developer wants to move forward with a project comprising several businesses including a gas station/convenience store, carwash, Dunkin’ Donuts and more, according to Journaltimes.com.
The development also includes a restaurant and retail space, reported the article. A second phase is planned for a 13,500-square-foot office retail building.
The site is located at a busy intersection in the area, noted the article. However, the project has been halted until a traffic study is completed. The developers have also tried to buy out several homeowners near the space.
