GRIMES, IA — Ryko Solutions Inc. here announced that it has acquired the assets and operations of R.W. Mercer’s carwash service organization for the state of Michigan, according to a press release.

The Oct. 1 release stated that the acquisition further solidified Ryko’s national service support network of more than 250 trained technicians. These technicians provide maintenance on Ryko and competitive equipment brands.

Ryko utilizing new interactive sales tool

Various programs are underway for the integration of the two companies, ensuring that the customer support R.W. Mercer’s customers expect will continue. Sales manager of the carwash operations group, Tom Thomas, and Service Manager Mark Hartzer will remain with Ryko to oversee the sales of all equipment, service and cleaning products and the subsequent scheduling, service delivery and customer support.
