CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA — The Mid-Atlantic Carwash Association is working to save the Chesapeake Bay by promoting the importance of commercial carwashing with the Wash to Save the Bay campaign, a press release reported.
The May 28 press release stated that Clean Machine Car Wash is participating in the campaign and will give a portion of its proceeds from all of its washes sold on June 1 (rain date is June 8).
Newspaper encourages at-home washing
Money raised will go to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. A portion of every sale goes to CBF.
