MISSOULA, MT — An attempted break in at a carwash here netted a suspect no money. Instead, he was slapped with felony burglary charges, the Missoulian reported.
The Dec. 17 story stated that Tyrel J. Mosby, 20, was held on $15,000 bail after being charged before a Justice of the Peace.
Bizarre night ends with multiple charges
The affidavit stated that a witness spotted someone trying to break into the carwash. When police arrived on the scene, they found Mosby hiding behind a tree.
“Defendant told Officer Jones that he broke into the carwash to steal money,” the affidavit stated. “He broke the lock off the door and went inside. Once he got inside, the lights went off so he left without stealing any money.”
