PALM SPRINGS, Calif. — ServicePower Technologies Plc has signed a contract with PermaPlate Inc. to reduce administration, cut costs and improve service to customers, according to a press release.
PermaPlate’s products protect vehicles’ interiors and exteriors, noted the release. Through the contract PermaPlate will use ServiceOperations to schedule contractors where service is required. It will also create a claims payment authorization network.
ServiceOperations will be used to manage repair claims, stated the release. ServicePower’s product and development teams will create features to allow the management of a network of third party contractors.
