KEIZER, OR ― The owner of Platinum Spa Auto Detail has been arrested for allegedly selling methamphetamine out of his businesses, the Statesman Journal reported.
The March 7 story said Keizer Police Department detectives, working with the Salem-Area Task Force and the Oregon Department of Justice, had search warrants for the businesses.

The on-going investigation started in 2010 when police heard that Cesar Leon-Barbosa was selling meth from his businesses with the help of his brother, Jesus Leon-Barbosa, who was also arrested.
Investigators found scales, more than 1-1/2 pounds of meth and 1-1/2 ounces of cocaine, and over $67,000 in cash at the businesses.
