The state of Iowa is working to have control of all the properties in the way of its I-74 project, the story said.
Doug Rick, the project manager with the Iowa Department of Transportation, said in the story, "I think we're going to have some sort of agreement on all of them. We won't have possession for every property, but I think we'll have all the agreements worked out."
