FORT MYERS, Fla. — Town Star Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Junonia Capital LLC, has made its second acquisition, purchasing five convenience stores from RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. in a sale-leaseback transaction, according to CSPnet.com.
Four of the acquired c-stores are located in the Orlando area, stated the article, and the other location is in Jacksonville.
The sites range from 1.01 to 1.92 acres, reported the article, and the average store size is around 4,200 square feet.
“We are excited to be able to expand our portfolio of convenience stores with these excellent sites we are acquiring from RaceTrac,” said Brian Fox, managing member of Junonia Capital, in the article.
The new locations will be converted to the Town Star brand, added the article.
Town Star was formed last year to make “strategic acquisitions” in the c-store industry, continued the article.
The company also recently acquired 16 Florida stores from TimeSaver Food Stores Co., noted the article.
