BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Featured on the Panama City News Herald’s website, www.newsherald.com, this week’s video helps to spread the word of a wedding ring found at the Quick and Clean Car Wash in Panama City Beach.
Roy Morganthaler, a carwash attendant, found a wedding ring while cleaning out Quick and Clean’s vacuums, according to the article accompanying the video.
“My jaw dropped instantly,” said Morganthaler in the article. “It was a big ol’ ring.”
In the video, Marcus Worthington, manager of Quick and Clean, explains how a woman came into the carwash looking for a lost ring, however at the time Lee Sage, president of the carwash, had just returned to town and told her they didn’t have it.
The carwash has looked on Craigslist and posted signs around the facility, stated the article, in hopes of tracking down the owner of the lost ring.
Sage noted that the carwash has found misplaced items on-site before, such as chains, keys and necklaces, reported the article, but nothing like this wedding ring.
