BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — With so much passion and drive in the car care industry, it’s no wonder many new investors are turning to this market to launch new business ventures.
And, it becomes pretty clear as to why this industry also has a robust following, including the industry’s No. 1 fan, Brian Campbell. However emerging is another carwash enthusiast, 9-year-old Ethan Franz; and Pelican Pointe Car Wash set out to make this aspiring carwash owner’s dreams come true.
Featured on WGNO’s website, www.wgno.com, this week’s video shares the story of Franz’s love for the carwash industry as well as offers an inside look into his special VIP tour.
“Ethan Franz loves carwashes, so much in fact he is already brushing up on everything carwash related,” says Kenny Lopez, Twist reporter, in the video. “This boy [has] drive. When he gets older, he wants to [open] his own carwash. … From the sights of the carwash to the sounds, this 9-year-old boy who is autistic studies every little detail.”
Cherie Franz, Ethan Franz’s mother, explains in the video how she believes children with autism tend to like carwashes because of the repetition and sounds.
The video continues by sharing how young Franz landed a VIP tour with Pelican Pointe Car Wash in Metairie, Louisiana.
His mother posted a picture on Facebook of a replica he made of Pelican Pointe Car Wash, states the video; and Josh, who works at the carwash, saw the post and invited Franz for “a dream-come-true tour.”
