SAN ANTONIO — A carwash attendant here used his spray bottle to scare off two armed robbers, KENS reported.
The April 18 story stated that a pair of robbers approached a 54-year-old carwash employee at 3 a.m. One thief was armed with a knife and the other had a gun.
The pair tried to rob the employee, and he responded by spraying them with his squirt bottle.

The victim was stabbed in the ribs before both of the men ran away. The victim was taken to nearby University Hospital, the story noted.
