SAN DIEGO — Dealership Mossy Toyota has opened a new Eco Wash with WaterSavers and LEED certifications, according to a press release.
The conveyor wash uses 15 gallons of water per vehicle, noted the release, and 95 percent of the water used is recycled. WaterSavers requires its members to use 40 gallons of water or less per vehicle.
Eco Wash can accommodate up to 85 vehicles per hour, stated the release.

“By recycling the majority of its water and incorporating biodegradable products, our Eco Wash exceeds all green carwash standards, so our customers don’t have to worry or feel guilty about keeping their cars clean while San Diego’s Drought Alert restrictions are in effect,” said Dale Snow, director of fixed operations at Mossy Toyota, in the release.
Mossy Toyota is part of Mossy Automotive Group, which has served the San Diego area since 1921, reported the release.
