Did you know that Arlington, Texas, is just under 100 square miles — 99.5 to be precise — and that its population consists of over 365,000 people?
This great Texas city is more than just the home to the National Football League’s Dallas Cowboys and Major League Baseball’s Texas Rangers. It’s also the host city for the Southwest Car Wash Association’s (SCWA) 2018 Convention & EXPO.
If you are unfamiliar with the association or new to the industry, SCWA is a regional association of professionals who work as a cohesive team to provide a unified voice for the carwash industry. In addition to organizing and planning this event as well as functioning in many other important ways, the association takes a leadership role in being an advocate for carwash owners at the local, state and regional levels.
Back once again at the Arlington Convention Center, SCWA 2018 is sure to provide plenty of educational and networking opportunities for carwash owners and operators. From Feb. 25-27, thousands of carwash professionals from around the world are expected to be in attendance.
The event’s mission is direct. According to its program, which is found at www.swcarwash.org, “The focus of the 2018 SCWA Convention & EXPO is simple. Providing you with proven, time-tested strategies, techniques and products to improve your business. Beginning with the CEO Forum through the Tuesday Car Wash Academy sessions, you will learn many new insights that will maximize your profits and help exceed your customers’ expectations.”
