PHOENIX — A member of Danny’s management, Juan Ruiz-Gonzalez, has pled guilty to immigration fraud, related to the practices the company employed when hiring its employees.
Management at the carwash has been charged with knowingly hiring back employees, who were immigrants, and helping them to obtain false identification, according to the AP.
Ruiz-Gonzalez was fired after an immigration audit, but was later hired back.

In court records, he states that he was part of management that took part in rehiring previously fired employees.
