DICKINSON, N.D. — An apartment complex's underground parking area now has a carwash and heated parking, according to Prairie Business magazine.
Danielle Paulus, director of residential property management for Roers, said in the article that tenants will be able to get into a warm vehicle in the morning.
“No brushing away snow, no scraping windows, just get in and go,” shared Paulus in the article. “In a colder state like North Dakota with very long winters, an amenity like this is definitely sought after.”
West Ridge Apartments is the first in the area to offer the amenities, noted the article.
City Administrator Shawn Kessel said in the article that in the wake of the oil boom, the city has focused on providing quality of life, and conveniences like the carwash and parking area fit that philosophy.
“The apartment building will also have a community room, exercise room and playground area,” reported the article.
