Auto Skills Center for military families adds detailing service

FORT RUCKER, Ala. — The center teaches auto repair skills and has an automated and self-serve carwash.

FORT RUCKER, Ala. —The Fort Rucker Auto Skills Center has added detailing to its list of services, according to the Dothan Eagle.

According to its website, the center has space for do-it-yourself auto repair. Instruction is also available. The center is meant to provide military families savings on vehicle repairs.

The new detailing service, said manager Tina Barbara in the article, will provide convenient access to professional automotive detailing at competitive prices.

Customers can have cars detailed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and on weekends by appointment only, noted the article.

Packages range from a wash for $15, wash and vacuum for $22, to a full-service detail for $80. Prices are subject to change based upon the condition of the vehicle when it is brought in, reported the article.

The center has an automatic and self-serve wash.
