Business expands with express services

FRANKLIN, Tenn. — MILES Auto Spa has experienced double digit growth each year, and continues to look for expansion opportunities throughout Tennessee as well as in other markets.

FRANKLIN, Tenn. — MILES Auto Spa announced it is expanding its auto care business with “MILES Express,” a new fast care concept opening in an additional location in Cools Springs, according to a press release.

Opening this fall, MILES Express will be located on Mallory Station Road at the former AutoWash Express, stated the release, and will provide advanced carwash services, on-site sales and available hand drying and touch ups, unlike typical express models.

“We are delighted to open MILES Express this fall as an added convenience for our loyal customer base,” said Miles Johnson, founder of MILES Auto Spa, in the release. “With MILES Express, we now offer a spectrum of auto care services — from those who want a quick wash to those seeking more detailed service. And, MILES Express will not only meet the needs of our busy clients, but also surpass the typical express carwash experience.”

The existing building will undergo renovations for the next six weeks, reported the release, while new, state-of-the-art equipment is installed.

The building will also feature the new logo and signage, added the release.

MILES Express is expected to open in November, continued the release, and MILES Auto Spa encourages all AutoWash Express customers to visit its location on Backers Bridge Avenue “to experience the services expected to be offered at both locations.”

MILES Auto Spa was established in 2007 by Miles Johnson, a telecommunications industry veteran who later partnered with fellow telecom executive Rocky Crossland, noted the release, and the partners have since built a “luxury carwash business focusing on reliable service and unmet consumer needs.”

The carwash has experienced double digit growth each year, informed the release, and continues to look for expansion opportunities throughout Tennessee as well as in other markets.

“We greatly appreciate the generous support of middle Tennessee residents and businesses alike,” stated Crossland in the release. “Through a trusted partnership with Avenue Bank, we are proud to continue to grow our business in Williamson County, and we look forward to future opportunities throughout Middle Tennessee.”
