C-store adds craft beer, cigars, free vacuums and more

GILBERT, Ariz. — The store’s owner said he wanted to stand out from everyone else.

GILBERT, Ariz. — The Quick N’ Shine gas station sells more than just soda and candy bars; it has added more than 1,000 varieties of beer, thousands of bottles of wine, high-end spirits and fine cigars to its inventory, according to azcentral.com.

Customers can also get their cars cleaned with the site’s carwash and free vacuums, which are strong, customer Robin MacGruder says in the article, because the filters get cleaned out.

Local breweries are represented in the craft beer selection, with the most popular varieties housed in the refrigerated beer cave. Wine best served cold is also kept in a chilled wine room, said the article.

The store also carries 39 beers on tap, which rotate constantly, according to owner Mukesh Sharma, in the article.

In the article, MacGruder also says the store’s cigar selection beats some of the local cigar stores. The 700-box walk-in humidor room features cigars priced from $2 to $25 each, noted the article.
