BENNINGTON, Vt. — Cumberland Farms is constructing a new 4,600-square-foot convenience store next to the current Cumberland Farms, according to the Bennington Banner.

The Massachusetts-based Cumberland Farms has unveiled several new stores throughout the region that have a new design, noted the article.

According to the article, the “existing Cumberland Farms building will remain intact to be leased or sold with a ‘limited use’ clause that specifies that it cannot be used as a gas station.”
