The annual awards honor three female leaders who have “made significant contributions to the auto care community,” stated the article.

The award recipients will be recognized at the Women’s Board press conference and reception scheduled to take place Nov. 3 during AAPEX in Las Vegas, reported the article.

The awards for Female Shop Owner of the Year, Auto Care Woman of the Year and Auto Care Woman of Excellence will be administered by the Women’s Board Member Development Committee, the article added.

“The awards are open to women who have made a proven impact in the auto care industry with specific requirements for each individual award,” reported the article.

The deadline to submit nominations is Sept. 25, noted the article, and the award winners will be notified in October.
