Car Wash USA makes bid for $2.2M location in OH

COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP, OH — The express chain is apparently looking to expand into the Cincinnati area, but the city is dragging its feet.

COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP, OH — Township trustees here recently received a proposal by developer Robert Gerwin who wants to bring a Car Wash USA Express to the area, a Cincinnati.com story said.

The June 3 story said it would be a $2.2 million dollar investment and would employee one manager full time and six part-time employees.

The trustees do have some concerns with the proposal. Those specific concerns were not made public, but the article did say they are waiting to hear from other developers who would like to build something else.

Car Wash USA Express is a chain that is working to expand into the Cincinnati area.
