WICHITA, Kan. — While there was great weather over the weekend, Jim Volk’s carwash was setback by something different: a burglary, according to station KAKE.

For the third time in the last two months, his wash has been broken into and suffered damages. He said that this time the target was a pay machine.
The damage caused to it was around $25,000, he said. “They might have gotten $100. … There’s no money in them. I empty them daily,” said Volk.

Volk has to file another insurance claim, and is disappointed about the loss in income over what should have been a very profitable weekend.
