BEDFORD HILLS, N.Y. — Splash Car Wash and its past landlord have been involved in a legal dispute, a BedfordPatch.com story reported. State Supreme Court Judge Joan Lefkowitz announced Monday that the case has now been thrown out.
According to the lawsuit, Splash Carwash is suing its former landlord, Shullman Family Limited Partnership, for abusing its position as landlord, and telling Splash’s employees and customers that the carwash was going out of business, according to the Beford-Katonah Patch.
The subpoenas have been quashed, but future subpoena usage is still being considered in the future.
