Carwash opens eighth location in Cincinnati, offers free washes

CINCINNATI — The grand opening for the new location is scheduled for Oct. 23-24.

CINCINNATI — A carwash chain recently opened its eighth location in the Cincinnati area in Green Township, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Founded in 1948, Mike’s Carwash has grown to have 15 locations throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, stated the article.

The grand opening for the latest location is scheduled for Oct. 23-24, reported the article, and all washes will be free.

Donations will also be accepted during the opening event for the Elder Athletic Boosters, added the article.

Greg Ries, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Mike’s Carwash, said that the carwash was purchased this past summer, continued the article, and the staff has renovated the facility.

The business also purchased another existing carwash location in West Chester, noted the article, which is projected to open in November.
