WINDHOEK, NAMIBA — Development continues in the sub-Saharan country’s Auas Valley Shopping Centre, led by Broll Property Group.
Eprop.co.za reports that the shopping center will also include a carwash.
"Auas Valley Shopping Centre responds to increasing consumer needs, typical of those being experience by the emerging middle class in many African regions,” Malcolm Horne, CEO of Broll Property Group said in the story. “These growing consumer markets are attracting interest from retailers seeking to unlock new opportunities and driving up demand for formal retail space."
The project has, so far, cost N$120 million. It is expected to be completed by September 2014.
