PALM COAST, FL — Coconuts Car Wash and the Flagler Palm Coast High School Future Business Leaders of America raised $2,000 to benefit women battling breast cancer, the St. Augustine Record reported.
The Oct. 31 story said 50 percent of the sales collected on Oct. 13 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. were donated to the Florida Hospital Flagler’s Pink Army.
Around 400 vehicles were washed that day.
“Supporting Florida Hosptial Flagler’s Pink Army and the Flagler Palm Coast High School Future Business Leaders of America in the fight against breast cancer is a wonderful way to give back to our community,” said Gunner and Pam Hilderman, the owners of Coconuts Car Wash owners.
