CENTERVILLE, OH — A man who allegedly stole a woman's bank envelope while at a carwash here was caught on camera, Fox 45 reported.
The Dec. 18 story said the woman accidentally left the envelope at the Centerville Car Wash.
Security cameras show a man grabbing the envelope and putting it in a book he was carrying.
Surveillance footage has offered up a clear image of the suspect, as well as his vehicle.
