KALISPELL, Mont. — Auto-Mutt Dog & Car Wash will donate $4 for every wash sale to the Salvation Army through Dec. 23, according to KCFW-TV.
With much success at the carwash, stated the article, business partners Bill Schottelkorb and Michael Blend decided to give back to the community.
“It’s been a good year for us, and so we just wanted to give back to the community,” said Blend in the article. “The Salvation Army really does a lot of really good things for people. People can get meals there; they serve meals every day. People can do their laundry, and it’s just a great place.”
The carwash donated $2,860 to the Salvation Army last year, reported the article.
Auto-mutt Dog & Car Wash is hoping to surpass that donation this year, noted the article.
